Library Management
Your Audeus library syncs across the Web Reader, Library, and mobile apps. Keeping documents and folders organized makes it easier to find what to listen to next, whether you group by class, project, or book series.
This page is a short overview. Full click-by-click steps for web and mobile live in Delete Documents and Manage Storage.
What You Can Do
On both web and mobile, you can:
- Delete a document from your library (removal syncs to all devices and is permanent).
- Rename a document from the item's three-dots menu (on web, use three dots → Rename, the same path as renaming a folder).
- Create a folder to group related files.
- Rename a folder when your organization scheme changes.
- Move documents or folders into another folder.
- Delete a folder (this also deletes documents inside it; move files out first if you want to keep them).
Nested folders are supported so you can build deeper structures (for example, Semester → Course → Week).

Frequently Asked Questions
Do library changes sync across devices? Yes. Deletes, renames, moves, and folder updates sync with your account so the Web Reader, Library, and mobile apps stay aligned. See Sync Documents Across Devices.
What happens when I delete a folder? Documents inside the folder are deleted with it. Move files out first if you want to keep them, then delete the empty folder.
Can I nest folders? Yes. Create folders inside folders to build structures such as Semester → Course → Week on both web and mobile.
