Audeus offers flexible options designed to fit your reading habits. When upgrading to Audeus Pro, you can choose between two recurring billing cycles: Monthly or Annual.


Monthly vs. Annual Billing

  • Monthly Billing: You are charged on the same day every month. This option offers the ultimate flexibility, allowing you to stop or adjust your subscription month-to-month.
  • Annual Billing: You are charged once upfront for the entire year. This option includes a discount compared to paying monthly and secures your Pro features for 12 months.

Web vs. Mobile App Billing

The billing platform depends on where you originally purchased your Audeus Pro subscription:

  • Web Subscriptions: If you upgraded via our website, your billing is processed securely. Payments occur automatically on your monthly or annual renewal date.
  • iOS and Android Subscriptions: If you upgraded inside our mobile apps, your billing is handled directly by Apple's App Store or Google Play Store. Renewal schedules and transactions are managed according to the respective mobile store settings.

How to View Invoices and Receipts

Detailed receipt history is stored by the billing platform used for your purchase:

Web Subscriptions

To view renewal details or download past PDF invoices:

  1. Log into your account on the Web Reader.
  2. Select your profile icon in the navigation bar and click Settings, or navigate directly to Billing Settings.
  3. Click the Manage Subscription button in the billing details panel.
  4. On the billing portal page, scroll to the invoices section to view and download your past receipts.

Apple iOS Subscriptions (App Store)

To view billing history and receipts on your iPhone or iPad:

  1. Open the Settings app on your device.
  2. Tap your Apple ID name at the very top of the screen.
  3. Select Media and Purchases, then tap View Account (you may need to authenticate with Face ID or your passcode).
  4. Scroll down and tap Purchase History.
  5. Tap on the Audeus transaction to view your official Apple receipt.

Google Android Subscriptions (Google Play Store)

To find receipts on your Android device:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.
  2. Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
  3. Select Payments and subscriptions, then tap Budget and history.
  4. Locate the Audeus purchase to review transaction details.
  5. You can also search your Gmail account inbox for email receipts sent by Google Play.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I switch from Monthly to Annual billing later? Yes, absolutely! You can switch to an Annual plan at any time to take advantage of the discount. If you subscribed on the web, you can make this change in your Account Settings, and the billing portal will automatically apply a prorated credit from your remaining monthly period toward the annual total. If you subscribed on mobile, you can change your cycle directly in your device's subscription settings.

Does my subscription auto-renew automatically? Yes. Both monthly and annual subscriptions auto-renew by default to ensure you maintain access to your library and voices. What payment methods are supported? Web subscriptions support all major credit cards. Mobile subscriptions support any payment method linked to your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account, including credit cards, debit cards, and mobile wallet payments.

Why is my payment failing on renewal? Payment failures on web subscriptions are usually caused by expired credit cards or bank security blocks.
